One day Trial or guest pass

$10 (plus tax) Come for a trial run in the gym any time between 5:00 a.m. and midnight!

OR

If you have someone who would like to join you that day but is not a member, they can join you for the day for $10 (plus tax). Have them sign up here for the day.

Membership Plans

Hit it Hard Individual Membership - $35/month (plus tax)

Come and work out any time between 5:00 a.m. and midnight.

OR

First Responders/Military and family members - $28/month (plus tax)

Thank you to all our First Responders and Service Members and their families! (20% off)

OR

Family Plan - $155/month (plus tax)

Put your whole immediate family (up to 2 parents and 3 children aged 12 and older living in the same house) on this plan. (All children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult) The non-transferable door code will be sent to those 18 and over.

OR

Individual Quarterly Plan - $94.50/quarter (plus tax)

Join and be billed monthly or once every 3 months for a 10% discount per month. ($31.50 per month plus tax. Sorry, no refunds.)

OR

Individual Yearly Plan - $336/year (plus tax)

Join and be billed monthly or once per year for a 20% discount per month. ($28 per month plus tax. Sorry, no refunds.)

Personal Trainer

Free initial consultation session

$35 per session (plus tax) - Work with a certified personal trainer who will help individualize your workouts to meet your personal needs.

Sessions are 50 minutes each.

Liability Waiver Form

Must be signed in order to join or use Hit it Hard gym.

I understand that the training, programs, and events held and/or sponsored by Hit it Hard LLC may put me at risk for accidents, injury, illness, or death. I understand that there are risks inherent in any physical activity, including but not limited to falls and injuries sustained as a result of contact with other participants. I assume all responsibility for such risks.

I understand it is my responsibility to communicate any physical or psychological concerns that may prevent me from taking part in an activity. I confirm I am physically and mentally able to perform every chosen activity.

As I have read this waiver and acknowledge these facts, in exchange for the services that Hit it Hard LLC will provide me during my participation, I agree to waive any responsibility or liability from Hit it Hard LLC, its officers, employees, agents, representatives, organizers. This includes anyone entitled to act on my behalf arising out of my involvement in the training programs and/or events at Hit it Hard LLC or sponsored by Hit it Hard LLC.

I have read and understood this Waiver of Liability. I am aware that by agreeing to its terms I waive any legal claims which might arise from my participation.

  1. Don’t do anything stupid.

  2. If there is a question about whether something you want to do is stupid or not, please refer back to rule #1.

  3. Please wipe down all equipment and machines when you are done using them. Throw trash in a garbage can.

  4. Please put all weights and equipment back where they belong.

  5. DO NOT take pictures or videos of others in the gym.

  6. Please be considerate. There are others that need to use to equipment and machines you are using. If your rest between sets is more than 5 minutes, please let others work in with you.

  7. RESPECT OTHERS.

  8. No food or drink (other than water) allowed in gym area. Also, no breakables allowed in gym area.

  9. No alcohol, tobacco or vaping of any kind is allowed.

  10. Shirts and shoes are to be worn at all times. No sandals or flip flops. Please dress in APPROPRIATE gym attire. If you want to show a lot of skin, please go to the beach.

  11. For safety (and other) reasons, youth ages 12 to 17 must be accompanied by an adult member of Hit it Hard gym at all times. Youth under the age of 12 are not permitted in the gym.

  12. No horseplay.

  13. Know your own limits. If you are going to push your limits, make sure you have a spotter. No exceptions!

  14. We are not responsible for lost or stolen objects. Please keep your valuables with you or secured in a locker.

  15. Anyone found defacing or damaging gym equipment or machines is subject to disciplinary action and will be held financially responsible.

  16. If you see anything that needs attention, custodial, or something is damaged or faulty and in need of remediation, please let us know immediately.

  17. Background music in the gym will be provided. If you want to listen to your own music, please listen to it with headphones, ear buds, etc. so you don’t bother others at the gym.

  18. Enjoy, and Hit it Hard!

Breaking any of these rules would be subject to fines and/or discontinuation of membership.
